New collaborative paper with Brian Pierce and his team at the University of Maryland describing updates to TCR3d, an acessible database that describes experimentally determined structures of T cell receptors and their complexes with antigens, and provides all kinds of granular data about binding geometries, interface features, etc. An invaluable resource for the structural immunology community.
