Ryan Schurr

Ryan "Rocky" Schurr graduated from Virginia Tech in the spring of 2023 with dual bachelor’s degrees in biochemistry and microbiology. As an undergraduate, his research focused on enzymes in the methanogenesis pathway, including the enzymology of methyl-coenzyme M reductase. His PhD research in the Baker lab focuses on the structural biophysics of neoantigens and T cell receptor signaling and assembly.
